My name is Simon Wells, President, and founder of Wellsea Marine Group. I have been involved in the yachting industry for 22 years. I am an experienced captain with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to command luxury yachts. My management and leadership abilities have allowed me to manage a multitude of vessels successfully. With a thorough knowledge of engineering, I can assure you that your yacht is in good hands.

I currently hold an unrestricted MCA 3000-ton yacht master and an Australian master class 4. I take great pride in my work and get ultimate satisfaction in seeing my clients get the most out of their yachting experience. This is not a job to me, but rather a passion to which I am wholly devoted.

Wellsea Marine Group was formed to provide management and consulting services to crewed and non-crewed yachts and tenders. Over the years, I have built solid relationships in all areas of the yachting industry, from brokers to service companies to crew agents and even yacht owners themselves.
